Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Consultant to provide support to customers regarding their retirement savings goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone assistance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts
• Discuss available account options such as 401K and IRAs to align with customers' retirement savings goals
• Educate customers on retirement plan information and compare options to support their savings goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales
• Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations within established timelines
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently
• Demonstrated sales and relationship management experience
