Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare customer service, billing, or revenue cycle management
• 3+ years of people management experience with a focus on team metrics and accountability
• Expertise in healthcare billing, insurance, and financial assistance programs
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and build rapport with patients
