Key Responsibilities

• Process financial aid in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulations
• Review student files for verification and eligibility for various financial aid programs
• Troubleshoot processing issues and communicate with Finance Counselors to resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of experience in a financial aid environment
• Experience with financial aid packaging in Ellucian - Banner
• Successful access to the National Student Loan Data System
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
