Job Summary

A company is looking for an EES Financial Advocate Representative to evaluate financial assistance applications for charity care recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate documentation to approve or deny charity and indigent care applications for compliance
• Complete application packets and prepare summary sheets based on financial assessments
• Contact patients to obtain necessary verifications and maintain accurate logs of accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a 4-year degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field is preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Intermediate analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
