Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to drive strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis in a high-growth eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the cash flow forecasting process and collaborate with departments to enhance accuracy and identify improvement areas
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by coordinating with leadership and other departments
• Analyze financial results regarding profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets

Required Qualifications:

• 5 - 7 years of finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; MBA preferred
• Experience in financial planning & analysis at a corporation
• Investment banking, private equity, or venture capital experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in a growing start-up environment is a plus
