Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Finance to oversee financial operations and lead the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business decisions and drive company culture within the Finance Department
• Manage finance department processes, ensuring efficient operational accounting and billing
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software, preferably NetSuite
• Strong preference for candidates with construction accounting experience
• Experience in private equity and job costing/revenue recognition
