Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, Finance and Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees all finance, accounting, reporting, and tax activities, ensuring proper accounting controls and systems are in place
• Leads financial reporting, projections, and presentations to corporate management and the board
• Supervises staff and manages departmental processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or CMA designation preferred
• Master's Degree in Business is preferred
• Over ten years of progressively responsible experience in the insurance industry, with at least eight years in management
• Experience in finance, accounting, investments, and budgeting
