Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Facility Coordinator to assist the facility management team in delivering client facility needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall facility management services and address client inquiries
• Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs, and manage work orders
• Monitor vendor performance and assist in training new associates on procedures

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in facility management or related field
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and service performance
