Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee operations across multiple retail bank locations in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic direction and safety procedures
• Oversee property operations, conducting inspections and monitoring maintenance programs
• Manage third-party contractors and maintain positive client relationships to ensure service delivery and satisfaction
