Expert UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert UX Designer - Design Systems (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Evangelizes user-centered design (UCD) and user experience methods across the organization
• Scrutinizes design patterns to ensure unification across multiple platforms and applies heuristic methods to optimize design systems
• Collaboratively works with Engineering, Product, and UX teams to standardize and optimize design systems and components

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field or equivalent Technical/Business experience required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, with 2-3 years at the Senior level preferred
• Experience and expertise in using Figma
• Experience working in healthcare, finance, or other complex related fields
