Executive Medical Director, Oncology

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Medical Director, Clinical Research, Oncology Early Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical research and development programs, including pivotal trials and regulatory filing activities
• Collaborate with discovery and biology leadership to inform oncology corporate strategy and manage trial execution
• Establish relationships with clinical investigators, regulatory officials, and external partners to support drug development

Qualifications

• Board certified MD or MD/PhD with 5+ years of clinical and managerial experience in oncology/hematology drug development
• Experience across multiple stages of clinical development, from IND to NDA/BLA
• Global clinical development experience required, with global filing experience preferred
• Experience supervising physicians or scientific staff in a management capacity is highly desirable
• Formal training in oncology/hematology is desired
