Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in nonprofit leadership, including staff development and strategic planning
• Proven track record in successful fundraising and donor relations
• Experience in managing and mentoring staff and volunteers
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
