Executive Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, FP&A - Technology & Quality (T&Q).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial advisor to the Chief T&Q Officer, influencing decision-making with financial insights
• Direct annual planning, forecasting, and financial reporting for global product costs and expenses
• Oversee finance engagement with various departments to ensure effective financial operations and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in FP&A and operational finance
• Proven track record in leading finance teams within biotech/pharma or complex manufacturing environments
• Deep understanding of inventory management, product costing, and intercompany accounting
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial planning tools, and data visualization platforms
