Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global strategy for investigator grants and payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, clinical research, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in clinical trial payments or financial operations
• Expertise in clinical trial agreements and payment regulations
• Experience with automation and AI-driven financial reconciliation tools
• Strong leadership and change management skills
