Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director for the Institute for Thriving Children and Families.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Institute's strategic direction, operations, and staffing
• Build and maintain partnerships with advocacy, policy, and research organizations, while securing funding
• Lead the expansion of research, policy, and technical assistance projects focused on early childhood and family well-being

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field such as early childhood education or public policy
• At least 10 years of experience in leading policy or research initiatives related to early childhood and family economic security
• Proven success in securing and managing grants and contracts
• Experience collaborating with national, state, and local agencies to promote equity-driven reforms
• Strong commitment to racial and economic justice, with an understanding of historically marginalized communities
