Key Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary coaching processes and tools to support client development
• Help clients clarify goals and create actionable plans for leadership growth
• Evaluate client progress and maintain detailed records of coaching outcomes

Required Qualifications and Education

• Certified by IPEC/ICF strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in executive coaching with a business background
• Experience coaching C-suite executives
• 360 Assessment experience/certification
