A company is looking for an Event & Webinar Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute logistics for in-person and virtual events and webinars
  • Research vendors and develop content for event materials
  • Manage continuing education documentation and promote webinars through social media
Required Qualifications
  • College degree in marketing, business, communications, hospitality management, or public relations
  • Two years of experience in event planning or coordination in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of successful events
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, GoToWebinar, LinkedIn, and Canva
  • Experience with social media software or graphic design is a plus
