Epic Referrals Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Application Analyst, Referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and support Epic applications, including break-fixes and optimizations
• Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance system utilization
• Manage complex projects independently and provide on-call support for system issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Epic Referrals Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical, business, or healthcare operations (7 years without a degree)
• Experience with Epic Referrals workflows and configurations
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and project management experience
