• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage support tickets using ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing Claims Certified
• 5+ years of Epic Professional Billing Claims build experience
• Experience working for a healthcare provider
• Preferred experience in an agile environment
