Epic Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Business Intelligence Analyst to transform healthcare delivery through innovative business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to determine business intelligence needs and translate requirements into technical specifications
• Design, develop, test, and maintain data solutions while managing internal testing and external data validation efforts
• Create training materials and lead training sessions on BI tools while collaborating with various stakeholders to support business intelligence needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Seven years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Applications Support in a healthcare setting, including two years with Epic clinical environments
• Multiple Epic Certificate Training Statuses may be required or the ability to acquire them within 120 days of hire
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master preferred
• Proficiency in Epic, Microsoft, SAP, Tableau, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
