Overview
We are seeking a motivated Licensed Real Estate Agent with experience to join our unique expansion team – The Luis Andrew Group brokered by eXp Realty LLC. Agents will receive leads, transaction coordination, listing coordination, coaching, training and more. Tap into our resources while maintaining your own brand and business.

Responsibilities
– Negotiate and draft real estate contracts
– Provide guidance on real estate transactions and property pricing
– Manage property listings and conduct property showings
– Offer excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
– Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and fair housing regulations

Requirements

– Real Estate License
– Strong knowledge of real estate law
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate
– Sales experience is a plus
– Ability to effectively communicate and market properties
– Familiarity with fair housing regulations and ethical practices in real estate industry

Pay: $1.00 – $1,000.00 per hour
