Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers
• Deliver tailored success plans and monitor account health through product usage metrics and customer feedback
• Identify early warning signs of disengagement and collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a focus on Consultative Selling
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with an emphasis on satisfaction, growth, and retention
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities
• Comfort using data to drive recommendations and demonstrate business impact
