Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to support finance professionals exploring online certificate programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective and current students via various communication channels
• Advise prospective learners on suitable programs based on their goals and backgrounds
• Maintain and update the CRM/database with relevant learner information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, sales, or a related field
• Prior experience engaging with finance professionals is strongly preferred
• Experience with educational or certification programs is a plus
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs
