Engineering Manager, Supply Chain Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Supply Chain Security (North America).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers creating and maintaining Docker Hardened Images
• Translate roadmap and priorities into actionable tasks for the team
• Oversee team development, performance, and agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in container image builds within CI environments
• Understanding of container images, hardening, and security tools like Docker Scout
• Familiarity with software supply chain concepts such as SLSA and CVEs
• Experience managing agile, remote engineering teams
• Strong sense of independence and ownership
