Key Responsibilities

• Develop a clear, value-driven backlog by partnering with Product and Design leads
• Contribute to critical PRs, prototypes, and production debugging while maintaining high standards
• Coach and retain a high-performing engineering team, fostering career growth through regular 1:1s

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and scaling LLM-backed features such as chat assistants and content generation
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js for scalable user-facing applications
• 3+ years of engineering management experience with a focus on team productivity and health
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with AI libraries and frameworks is a plus
