Key Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of reliability and innovation in ML systems development
• Lead the team to develop next generation feature development systems for low-latency ML applications
• Establish and manage reliability and data quality standards for mission-critical ML systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science roles, with 2+ years in technical leadership or management
• 3+ years experience in delivering ML applications solving real world problems
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices and cloud computing platforms
• Proven ability to build and lead distributed teams across geographies
• Experience in eCommerce, financial services, or related industries is a bonus
