Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to build and maintain services for internal operational data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address data needs across various domains
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for Back Office data services

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineering teams (typically 2+ years) in a high-growth environment
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with distributed systems or data platforms
• Background in backend engineering with Python or similar languages
• Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and operational data lifecycle
• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or biotech
