Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers while contributing to software development.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on development experience across full stack technologies
  • Strong architectural instincts and experience in scaling web applications
  • Experience in Agile development environments, ideally with globally distributed teams
  • Desire to contribute to the company's mission and culture with a focus on shared ownership
