Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of QA and Software engineers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage individual contributors, ensuring team direction, performance, and outcomes
• Implement and advocate for Lean-Agile practices to improve delivery flow
• Oversee technical and architectural design processes and monitor system performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, QA, or related areas, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in people management and leading remote, cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including frontend and backend development
• Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence
• Advanced level of English
