A company is looking for a Principal Engagement Marketing Manager to lead engagement strategies for the Acrobat product.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Acrobat's engagement strategy to improve activation, retention, and long-term value
• Lead product marketing strategy for new features and ensure impactful launches based on user needs
• Develop messaging frameworks that connect Acrobat's capabilities to user outcomes and insights

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in engagement marketing or product marketing roles
• Strong understanding of user personas through market research and behavioral data
• Ability to structure solutions in uncertain conditions and motivate cross-functional teams
• Experience in partnering with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams
• Familiarity with experimentation and learning methodologies in marketing
