Key Responsibilities

• Engages with customers to position appropriate solutions and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborates with sales and project teams to drive successful project outcomes and maintain accurate reporting
• Acts as a customer advocate to resolve issues and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in scoping, writing SOWs, and delivering professional services
• Competency in analytical problem solving and managing customer/partner relationships
• Project management skills, with oversight responsibilities depending on territory size
• Experience in IT service delivery and support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
