Job Summary

A company is looking for an Embedded Engineering Manager - Equipment Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain observability infrastructure for IoT devices
• Define the long-term roadmap for device telemetry, logging, and diagnostics
• Implement scalable data pipelines and ensure robust alerting and anomaly detection systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in engineering roles with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Strong understanding of IoT architectures and embedded systems
• Experience with cloud-based observability stacks
• Proven track record of managing teams that build scalable telemetry solutions
