• Conduct thorough QA of all message elements and optimize email campaigns through testing and performance analysis
• Collaborate with IT and ESPs to maintain email infrastructure and implement enhancements

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 2+ years of email marketing experience
• 1+ year working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficient with HTML/CSS and email QA
• Experience with customer engagement platforms
