Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch responsive, hand-coded HTML emails for various audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance email outreach performance
• Monitor email performance, conduct QA testing, and execute A/B testing projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of email marketing experience with a focus on full lifecycle marketing
• Strong HTML/CSS skills for building responsive emails from scratch
• Experience with email campaign management in Braze and HubSpot
• Understanding of youth and team sports
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-step email campaigns
