Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs across various communication channels
• Own the email marketing calendar, including segmentation, testing, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personalized communications that align with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in email and/or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2C or app-based environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM, CEP, and ESP tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in customer data and performance metrics
• Proven success in driving growth and retention through lifecycle strategies
• Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and behavior-based triggers
