Key Responsibilities

• Assists in designing, documenting, and verifying software configurations for deployment
• Investigates and resolves application issues, performing maintenance tasks as needed
• Designs test cases and scripts, recording and reporting test outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience preferred
• Epic or applicable certifications required within 6 months of hire
