Education Impact Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Impact Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a client-facing subject matter expert to enhance product awareness and adoption
• Consult with key client stakeholders on best practices and alignment of district goals with product usage
• Support the Customer Success Manager (CSM) in tracking annual goals and addressing client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of educational technology experience with a focus on driving product adoption
• Experience in school system administration or related fields is strongly desired
• Familiarity with data visualization and software implementation is a plus
• Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce is a plus
