E-Commerce Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Commerce Sales Support Representative to assist with sales processes for e-commerce customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Amazon Account Manager with sales activation and operational initiatives for 1P and 3P accounts
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing e-commerce accounts
• Ensure accurate completion of sales processes and monitor commercial data in systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in retail media advertising or e-commerce sales support
• Preferred minimum of three years of experience in similar roles with complex customer bases
• Experience with Amazon (1P or 3P) and/or Walmart Marketplace
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
