e-Learning Content Development Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an e-Learning Content Development Consultant for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content and documentation for the new Lumen Learning Management System
• Evaluate content creation requests and collaborate with various departments to address learning needs
• Provide input throughout all phases of e-Learning module delivery, including analysis, development, and implementation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in developing content for Learning Management Systems (LUMEN preferred)
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, covering all phases from intake to implementation
• Proven experience in relationship building
• Skilled in documenting existing and new processes and procedures
