Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to align with business needs
  • Lead system upgrades, performance optimization, and integrations with other enterprise applications
  • Manage and mentor direct reports while ensuring security, compliance, and data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development
  • Leadership experience in mentoring and managing direct reports
  • Experience with source control management using Git/Azure DevOps
  • US Citizenship is required
