Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics CRM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of their Customer Relationship Management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to align with business needs
• Lead system upgrades, performance optimization, and integrations with other enterprise applications
• Manage and mentor direct reports, providing guidance on best practices and technical skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with relevant experience substitutable for education
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development
• Leadership experience in mentoring and managing direct reports
• Experience with source control management using Git/Azure DevOps
• US Citizenship is required
