DSCR Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM - Jumbo Underwriter - DSCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the accuracy and compliance of residential mortgage loan applications according to private investor and company guidelines
• Issue compliant loan decisions after thorough evaluation of loan applications and resubmitted documentation
• Respond to loan audits and post-closing requests while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of investor guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of current experience as an underwriter, specifically with DSCR products
• 5+ years of prior underwriting experience
• Must have recent experience in underwriting DSCR loans
• Intermediate level of computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work within time constraints and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
