A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist to provide high-quality customer service and engage with donors remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and educate donors regarding the donation process and address any misconceptions
• Conduct donor health screenings and coordinate necessary follow-up activities
• Maintain compliance with operational standards and ensure accurate documentation of donor interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills
• Advanced internet research skills and familiarity with social media
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and demonstrate strong customer service skills
