Job Summary

A company is looking for a Docketing Specialist to manage court and litigation docketing tasks in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, maintain, and monitor court and administrative deadlines using CompuLaw
• Analyze court documents to accurately calculate and calendar applicable deadlines
• Perform regular audits of docket entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with jurisdictional rules

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of docketing experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Expert-level knowledge of CompuLaw required
• In-depth understanding of civil litigation procedures and court rules
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote, multi-office environment
• Associate or bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
