Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher to manage service call requests and optimize field team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and prioritize customer service requests by dispatching work orders
• Create and manage dispatch schedules and technician routes
• Monitor work order status and maintain communication with technicians

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of Customer Service and/or Dispatch experience
• Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
• Data Entry Experience
• High School Diploma
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
