Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of UX, Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product designers while collaborating with product management, engineering, and research leaders
• Establish product strategy and operating systems for the Commerce Hub product line
• Foster a healthy culture and sense of belonging within the team and across cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leading design or UX in B2B commerce and/or payments
• Proven track record of delivering intuitive products with a focus on consumer-grade experience quality
• Several years of experience building and scaling high-performing design teams
• Ability to manage complex scenarios and provide clear direction
• Experience in coaching designers to drive impactful results for customers and the business
