Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of strategic transformation initiatives across various domains
• Define project charters and oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure progress against targets
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and establish KPIs to track performance analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, etc.) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, transformation consulting, or enterprise project management
• Experience collaborating with executive-level leaders on transformative initiatives
• Proven track record in managing high-impact, cross-functional projects in medium to large organizations
• Healthcare or health tech experience preferred
