Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Transformation (Contractor) to drive strategic initiatives and transformational projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define and execute transformation strategies aligned to business priorities
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on process improvement and operational excellence
• Develop and implement change management strategies to navigate complex change

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of change management experience
• Demonstrated experience in devising change management plans for large-scale initiatives
• Certification and/or practical experience in Change Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Proven success in sustainable transformation initiatives
