Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Salesforce and Veeva Services in the Biotech/Pharma/Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of projects, ensuring quality standards and timely, budget-compliant delivery
• Manage client relationships and provide consultative leadership to ensure overall Customer Success
• Define and lead project teams for complex projects, establishing business rules and processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on administration experience with Salesforce and Veeva applications in Biotech/Pharma/Life Sciences
• Knowledge of and experience in the Salesforce and Veeva suite of products
• Project Management/Scrum Master skills are a plus
• Proven analytical skills
• Professionalism and attendance at all required meetings
