Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Excellence/Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the Commercial Excellence Strategy to enhance commercial capabilities
  • Develop and deploy sales enablement tools to improve sales effectiveness and win rates
  • Manage and optimize commercial tools and processes, including CRM systems and opportunity management tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations in a company with over $1B in annual revenue
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management is required
  • Demonstrated success in designing and deploying commercial strategies and tools
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement software
